What should I take with Hoodia in addition to diet and exercise?
I exercise at the gym about 2-3 times per week, for an hour each visit. I also purchased Hoodia 500mg yesterday to suppress my appetite, because lately I’ve always been hungry. I also bought Metabo-Drene, which is a metabolic enhancer, but now I’m regretting buying it, because I’m nervous about taking it (because of the caffeine). I was torn between Tonalin CLA, Stacker 3, and what I purchased (Vitamin Shoppe brand) Metabo-Drene. I eat correctly, but I’m a college student, so sometimes I slip up. Therefore, I’m trying to shed the 10 pounds I’ve gained since I began school, so I can get back on the right track at the right weight. As far as the Hoodia experience goes, I don’t feel like it’s working. I took one an hour before dinner yesterday, and I didn’t get the full sensation, even after finishing my meal. Can I take 2 Hoodia’s instead of 1? What should I take in addition to the Hoodia to get rid of this excess weight? Anyone recommend Tonalin??
