Will hoodia work as well if you take it with food?
I just started taking hoodia and the bottle says to take it one hour before meals. I know some medications work differently if you take them with or without food, and I was just wondering if it was okay to take hoodia WITH food or if this would make it not work as well. Sometimes I don’t like to take pills on an empty stomach because they upset my stomach. Thanks for any info you can provide!
